The bunny hop is usually the first trick we will try on our mountain bikes, learning this skill will progress your riding and unlock lines you previously thought were impossible. In this video, Neil Donoghue and Blake Samson show you the correct method for the bunny hop and some tricks which will help you get it nailed. At the end of the video, they show you how you can use the bunny hop to open up the trail and gain even more speed.
