This bakes at 350 Deg F for 45 mins to 1 hour.
This is the way I was taught to make Cassava Pone and this is the way I love it. I do not add milk but if you wanted to you can. You have to let this rest and completely cool down or it will not set and cut properly.
Ingredients
4 Cups of fresh Grated Cassava [ yuca]
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 Cup of fresh grated Pumpkin or Squash
1 Cup of fresh grated dried Coconut
4 ozs sweet unsalted soft butter | 1 stick
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract or essence
Raisins
