This is a simple stretch for lumbar scoliosis curves.
The key is to fix the pelvis when using the arms to change the curve. This means that all the movement goes into the curve.
Start by sitting comfortably. You can sit on a cushion or even a small chair if your hips are tight...but if they are that tight you need to work on them as well...
Then simply lean to one side. If you lean to the right then take your left hand over your head and drop your right ear to your right shoulder. You can put your right hand on the ground for support.
This creates a top down movement into the spine which will open up the concavity of a right C-spine curve (reverse C curve or dextro scoliosis). You can then choose to move in and out of that stretch to make it more dynamic or simply hold it statically.
To increase this from the bottom up you would put a wedge (pillow or book) under the right hip.
