The Silfra is a tectonic fissure between the North American and Eurasian plates and is located in the Þingvallavatn Lake in the Þingvellir National Park in Iceland. Water is freezing cold and clearest in the world. Water temperature 36°F/2°C. Visibility exceeds 330feet/100m.
