Exercising in the morning can improve cognitive function and productivity throughout the day. Consistent exercise can also lead to better sleep, improved immune function, and decreased risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer.
Overall, starting the week with a workout can set a positive tone for the rest of the week and lead to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
