Very quick and delicious no bake Oreo cheesecake. Perfect last minute treat as this cake doesn’t need to set in the fridge, it’s ready to eat straight away!
RECIPE:
For the base:
150g (14 pieces) Oreos
40g melted butter
For the cheese cream:
11 Oreos
200 ml double cream
200 g cream cheese
1 tsp sugar
pinch of vanilla
Decoration:
100ml double cream
pinch of vanilla
3 Oreos
crumbles of 3 Oreos
