In Part 3 we take a look behind the Stretford End of Old Trafford at where a NEW Manchester United stadium could be built. Man United are restricted currently by the railway line behind the Sir Bobby Charlton stand if they are to redevelop Old Trafford. The council have apparently forbid United from developing over the track, so in terms of which is the better option long-term, most of us would probably agree that building a whole new Old Trafford Stadium would be a better option 🏟️ Of course this will initially be the most costly option, however when you take into account the new revenue streams a new stadium could create, like what Tottenham Hotspur have done, eventually they'd recoup that money back. By building on site, on the carpark, there wouldn't be a need to move away from Old Trafford whilst the new stadium is being built... WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK⁉️ Are we gonna see a "Wembley of the North" like Sir Jim Ratcliffe has said...
