In this video we break down an ab workout that football players should be doing if they want to strengthen their core!
As we know it’s extremely important to have a strong core in Football if you want to be the best and most explosive player possible. When you look at guys like Reggie Bush, Calvin Johnson, etc…you notice that they have freakish body’s. They are also big play guys because of this.
Do NOT overlook your core when you are training. Be sure to add this circuit to the end of your workouts if you want to see some killer results.
When doing this circuit, do each exercise (5 of them) for 10 reps. Do one exercise after the other, and repeat this cicurit 3 times.
