1 ½ oz Canadian whiskey
1 oz real maple syrup
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz spiced apple cider
Fill the mixing tin with cubed ice and shake until you get a nice frost around the shaker. Pour unstrained into chimney glass. Take spent lemon shell and sink it in to the top of the drink. Fill it with high proof alcohol and using a long match or lighter, ignite and watch the flame flicker.
*I have to stress, please use extreme caution when using an open flame near alcohol. Seems like a no brainer, but don’t add more alcohol to the already burning drink and be sure to blow out the flame before drinking. Besides, the longer it burns, the less alcohol makes into your belly.
