🌿lying down and place hand on blocks and fold legs .
🌿first lift hips up.
🌿then lift the shoulders
🌿after that lift head up .
🌿once body up start pushing head and chest to wall
🌿don’t walk feet to hand.
🌿trying to straighten knees and keep pushing chest to wall.
