HOW TO BREATHE FOR HEAVY COMPOUND LIFTS ⤵️
This is the same for hip thrust, Romanian deadlift, trap bar deadlift, heavy leg press, low bar squat etc but you get the point.
When the exercise is very hard, like the bottom of the squat/bottom of the bench, the worse thing you can do is breathe out all of your air and with that, all of your tightness that is often protecting you from failing the rep, or lifting with bad form.
Keep in mind this is when lifting heavy!
When lifting moderate to light weight this may not be necessary.
