This 20 min honey flow is sweet as honey and perfect to just move and flow and feel into the body. It's fun and fast-paced at an intermediate yoga level, and will make you feel and look your absolute best! If your goal is to lose weight, this class is ideal, as we're getting our heart rate up and energize and strengthen the whole body.
