A single shot from the Malevolence's ion pulse plasma cannon leaves three Venator's without power or shields, and In a matter of seconds the Malevolence's turbolasers completely destroy two of the Venator's with near perfect accuracy, and the third shortly after.
How accurate are the Malevolence's cannons when destroying unshielded Star Destroyers?
Venator 1:) Every shot fired at the first Venator invariably hits; not a single shot missed. The target vessel is destroyed in seconds.
Venator 2:) Almost all shots fired at the second Venator hit, only a few miss. The target vessel is destroyed in seconds.
Venator 3:) Firepower then becomes extremely sporadic. The Venator survives long enough for significant evacuations to take place.
Could the slight drop in accuracy by second Venator, and the extreme drop by Venator three be explained by returning deflector shields shunting incoming fire causing it to miss and become more sporadic?
