What a great event - the snowbully fat bike race at Iola Winter Sports club. It is a gorgoeus area with rolling hills and perfect Wisconsin country charm. There is normally no fatbiking on the Iola club trails, but for this event which is part of the Iola Winter Carnival we get to tear it up! I'd be curious to hear how much it effects the XC trails after the race - interesting.
Any way - COLD WEATHER CYCLING NUTRITION IS A MYSTERY TO ME - HELP ME OUT!
