Week 2 - Growing Pains
You may be experiencing what we like to call growing pains, soreness from workouts your body is not use to. While having increased appetite. Which is perfectly normal.
Here's the great news, if you stick with it, it will get easier. You will get stronger, have more energy, and overall vitality for life.
Here's a few things to keep in mind this week.
1) Keep your eyes on the prize! Make it a habit to mentally visualize the person you are going to become. Take progress photos every 2 weeks to be able to see the changes you are making.
2) Enjoy the process, breath deeply during the workouts, feel your muscles moving.
3) Plan your workouts - at the beginning of each week write out on a calendar which days you are going to workout, where, and when. If you live with someone ask them to help keep you responsible to your goals.
4) Do your workouts at a set time each day. If you can workout around the same time each day this will allow your body to get use to the physical exercise.
5) Meal planning and preparation. If you wait till you are hungry to decide what you are going to eat the likelihood of you choosing something that isn't in your diet is much higher. Trust us we know from personal experience :)
