You can do this exercise right now in your home without any #equipment to start improving #hip rotation!
When doing this specific #exercise, don’t #force anything.
Check your #foot position every few reps to make sure they maintain a straight position and the heels don’t twist inward.
What I love about this exercise is how it targets hip rotation while limiting #movement in the #pelvis, lower back, and upper #body. This corrective exercise improves movement while simultaneously reduces compensation. In other words, you are creating #motion exactly where it’s needed without letting other joints or #muscle groups chime in.
