What are the benefits of bacopa? In Ayurveda, it is considered one of the top herbs for mental rejuvenation. Bacopa benefits the mind’s capacity for intelligence, concentration, and memory.*
Join Kevin Casey, Banyan Botanicals Co-Founder, as he visits a patch of organic bacopa plants in India. Banyan Botanicals takes a trip every year to visit the farms and farmers that cultivate our Ayurvedic herbs.
You may recognize this herb by a name other than “bacopa.” “Brahmi” in Southern India refers to the Bacopa monnieri plant. In Northern India, “brahmi” refers to a plant also known as gotu kola (Centella asiatica). We carry both herbs, and you can learn more and watch a video about brahmi/gotu kola here: [ Ссылка ]
