How should you warm up for the Snatch & Clean and Jerk? Here you go! I get this question a lot & figured I'd detail my warmup. It may change a bit based on how I feel but 85% of it stays the same. I have a lot of ankle/shoulder openers as those are my tightest areas. This should give you an idea of how much general prep/activation work I do before touching the bar.
