Exotic Porridge with Kiwi & Passion Fruit
Healthy, delicious and protein-packed recipe!

Why these ingredients?
♡ Oat flakes with vegetable milk: more digestible, source of protein, fiber and carbohydrates (and lactose-free)
♡ Chia seeds: rich in omega 3, fiber and magnesium
♡ Kiwi: antioxidant and rich in vitamins (particularly vitamin C)
♡ Passion Fruit: antioxydant, rich in vitamins B and C, (good for the eye health)
♡ Grated Coconut: antioxydant & rich in vitamins and minerals
♡ Agave Syrup: a touch of sweetness with a low glycemic index

Preparation of porridge to pour after the fruit:
1. In a saucepan, let the oat flakes soften in a little vegetable milk of your choice (rice milk in my case) over low heat.
2. Stir the mixture while waiting.
3. Then add the chia seeds (less than half the quantity put for the oat flakes, example: if you put 100g of oat flakes, put 30 to 40g of chia seeds)
