Take a spring walk through Greifswald City, a late medieval town in Germany that blossomed as an important trading post along the other "Hansestädte" on the shore of the Baltic Sea.
Located in the Northeast of the country, the Polish Border is only a few miles away and the city is the home to an important and very old German University: the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universität (EMAU). Greifswald has a lot to offer to the students as well as the other inhabitants: In this walk you will get a glimpse of the promenades along the famous "Museumshafen", that comes with an authentic harbor feeling, and you will enjoy the pulsating market place and the characteristic Hansestadt buildings, especially the town hall.
