Spring Roll Serving Ideas
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Mon Salwa Chicken spring rolls 1 pack
-Cooking oil for frying
Spring rolls with Mayo dip sauce & Salsa:
Mayo Dip Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Cream ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
Vegetable Salsa:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
-Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & chopped ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
Assembling:
-Prepared vegetable salsa
-Prepared mayo dip sauce
-Chicken spring roll
Loaded Spring Rolls:
Chicken & Vegetable Filling:
-Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ¼ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Pizza sauce or Tomato ketchup ¼ Cup
Assembling:
-Chicken spring rolls
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
-Prepared vegetable & chicken filling
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken spring rolls on medium low flame until golden brown.
Spring rolls with Mayo dip sauce & Salsa:
Prepare Mayo Dip Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,cream,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,black pepper crushed,salt,garlic powder,tomato ketchup and mix well.Mayo dip sauce is ready!
Prepare Vegetable Salsa:
-In a bowl,add tomatoes,cucumber,onion,salt and black pepper crushed,mix well.Vegetable salsa is ready!
-In a serving cup,add prepared vegetable salsa,mayo dip sauce,chicken spring roll & serve!
Loaded Spring Rolls:
Prepare Chicken & Vegetable Filling:
-In a bowl,add chicken,capsicum,onion,corn kernels,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,paprika powder, salt,pizza sauce or tomato ketchup and mix well.Chicken & Vegetable filling is ready!
-On a grill pan,add chicken spring rolls,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,prepared chicken & vegetable filling,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed and bake in preheated oven at 180 until cheese melts (8-10 minutes) & serve!
