Round ligament pain✨
Round ligament pain feels like a deep, sharp, stabbing or stretching sensation that begins or worsens with movement.
Some triggering movements may include rolling over in bed or taking a step. The pain may travel upward or downward, from the hips into the groin.
When does this occur?
This can occur around 14 weeks of pregnancy or later
How to manage the symptoms?
In this video I will take you through my favorite stretch to help manage these symptoms.
I will also provide modifications for the stretches depending on your activity level and stage of pregnancy.
