Why Were Lever Guns so Rare in military use????
This video is to mainly answer the first question I mention: "You ever wonder why the military didn't adopt lever actions like EVERWHERE?" Generally, they were NOT the choice, which is why I've gotten that question hundreds of times through the years.
Of course, there are exceptions, so enjoy pointing them all out. :-) Maybe we'll do a full-length video sometime on on where lever guns WERE actually adopted by a military. Compared with other firearm types adopted by militaries around the world, though, it's probably less than 1%.
