Alright so I just added rdls back into my leg day, so I wanna share with you three helpful cues that I use to get the most out of the movement. One, always initiate the descent by pushing your hips back. Your knees will bend naturally, however they should be locked in place with your shins in a constant upright position. Two, always stop the movement when you can no longer push your hips back any further, as going beyond this point will cause your lower back to round, creating unnecessary stress. And 3, pretend the bar is chris evans and thrust as hard as you fucking can.
I hope that helps and subscribe for more lifting tips! #Gym #Shorts
