Releasing the Deep Front Fascial Line - Motion Specific Release - The deep front line greatly affects whole body posture. Some of the conditions associated with problems in the deep front line are: low back pain, anterior pelvic tilt, restrictions in breathing, and even TMD (temporomandibular dysfunction). The MSR protocols in this video are great for releasing some of the deeper aspects of this line (anterior kinetic chain). Would also combine these procedures with mobilization and manipulation techniques for spinal and peripheral joint restrictions.
