This resistance band arm burn out focuses on triceps, biceps and shoulders.

This workout is broken up into three circuits: triceps, biceps, shoulders. You'll do the first two on the right, then the left, then finish centered with the shoulder circuit.
You do each exercise for 20 seconds. Do the exercises back to back, rest 20 seconds, then repeat.

—Raised extensions
—Crossbody extensions
—Triceps kickbacks
—Bend-stretch pulses
Circuit 2 - biceps, 20 sec each exercise x2
—Biceps curl
—Curl pulses
—Serve the platter
—Pulse with arm extended
Repeat Circuits 1 & 2 on left arm
Circuit 3 - shoulders, 20 sec each exercise
