🔑 Set up near a vertical target with your foot flat
🔑 Drive your knee forward to touch the target
🔑 Use a weight to help drive you into a deeper range of motion
This exercise uses the half kneeling position that is commonly known as a fisherman squat. You needn’t be super strict on the half seiza; you can adjust the position of your nonworking leg to what feels best.
