🔩 Warm up chest shoulders (rotator cuffs)
1️⃣ Flat Bench Press ( 4 sets of 12-15) + *Dropset
2️⃣ Smith Machine Inclined Press (4 sets of 12)
🚀 Superset with Pec Deck Fly (4 Sets of 12-15)
3️⃣ Shoulder Press Machine (3-4 sets of 12-15) + Dropsets
4️⃣ Dumbbell Lateral Raises ( 4 sets of 12-15) 15-30 secs rest in between
5️⃣ Rope Tricep Extension ( 3-4 sets of 12-15)
