Maggi Hall scored five goals and had two assists as top-seeded Florida won its fifth consecutive American Athletic Conference Women’s Lacrosse Championship with a 21-11 victory against No. 2-seeded James Madison Saturday at the Vanderbilt Lacrosse Complex.
The Gators (17-2), who are ranked No. 9 nationally, extended their winning streak to 17 games, the longest active streak among Division I teams, and won their 10th consecutive tournament title, spanning three conferences.
