No human, snake or camera hurt in this video. I didn’t bother the snake anymore after this video.
The snake is a vipera berus which is quite common in Norway. It is poisonous, but isn’t that deadly. They can be quite aggressive in the spring and autumn, but usually calmer in the summer. This video is shot with a GoPro hero 7 black at 1080p 240fps, and later filmed with an iPhone 5c using snapchat-slow motion. The GoPro was attached to the end of a ski to ensure my own safety while filming. I left the snake after filming this video without bothering it anymore.
