When I started my fitness journey, I had no idea what to do and I turned to walk and dance for results. It really helps burn calories and build up my endurance! So today I wanted to share a simple and easy way for you to do
walk and dance or any form of exercise, indoors, even when the weather is bad! or don't have money to pay for gym.
However, walking and dancing or any form of exercise is a great form of exercise to help burn calories and lean out your legs, and I highly recommend that everyone tries to walk at least 10 minutes a day!
