Trying to keep moving while the country is on lockdown during this strange time of Covid-19. I hope everyone is managing to keep fit and healthy during this period and staying safe.

Clearly some room for improvement but this was a PB for me at 2:55! Even with a bit of a dodgy set up in the garden on a rickity bit of plywood and no lifters.
