This class is tailored for those dealing with PMS & Period Symptoms, recovering from illness or general fatigue/exhaustion. We will gently move our bodies incorporating simple Pilates exercises with stretches woven throughout that have been specifically chosen to help aid pain & stiffness caused from the mentioned above.
REST is first and foremost the most important thing to do to recover but if you are feeling well enough to do some gentle movement, this class will be perfect for you - remember that the class will ALWAYS be here so you can pause or stop if required and revisit whenever you are ready.
