Sister Madonna Buder, also known as the "Iron Nun", is 90 years old and still an active triathlete. She was first introduced to running by a priest. She later got into triathlon, completing her first race in her 50's. She's the oldest woman to ever complete an IRONMAN triathlon. She's a beloved member of the endurance sports community.
