Should New Real Estate Agents Join A Team Or Go Solo?

There have been so many videos made about this topic rightfully so because this is a really big business decision for us all. I wanted to share my two cents about joining a real estate team or going solo as a new real estate agent. I feel there are a lot of pros and cons with both sides and eventually comes down to the person. I made this video from my perspective as a new agent getting into the business a couple of years ago. I mostly wanted to explain what lead me to make the decision to go solo. I feel this approach will be more helpful for you to figure out what road you should travel down.
