We went Deep Dropping 80+ miles fishing Offshore Gulf of Mexico. Slow Pitch Jigging was EPIC, I finally caught a STUD American Red Snapper on a jig using Temple Reef G3 Rod paired with an Accurate 500N reel spooled with Nomad PE Braid 8X 50lbs, the jig I was using is a Pink and Glow Sangrenel 250g jig. We also managed to catch HUGE Trigger Fish and a nice size Vermillion Snapper and a baby Shark. We all pretty much Slow pitch jigged all day didn't really even touch the Pinfish we caught so NO BAIT caught the most fish this day.
