My old school Chameleon Walk. I’m interested to know: do you practice movement training and what got you started with it?

My first touch with animal moves happened in my teenage years from Taekwondo classes. I also practiced different acrobatics I had seen in Jackie Chan movies.

In my early 20s I took huge inspiration from Capoeira and it’s creative freedom.

Since then, I’ve taken movement training a lot further through my own methodologies, research and inventions.

After all these years it still keeps my body limber, nimble and ready for action.

The best part is that I’ve been able to help countless people all over the world to experience the same.
