This just in time for summer workout at home routine triggers muscle areas such as lats, traps, shoulders, biceps, abs, quads, glutes and hamstring muscles.
Tone your body with this 8 minute workout routine. There are 2 sets with 6 exercises each. Every exercise lasts 30 seconds, there is no break in between the sets but whenever you feel tired take a few seconds to rest. The training can be done with the resistance band for a more intense and more advanced training or with no equipment for a beginner's workout.
Try working out 3-4 times per week in order to see results just in time for summer. Remember that consistency and quality workouts are the key to toning you body.
