Build your own tricep dip machine at home and relieve your shoulders of that absolute shit storm of an exercise.
I built this in lockdown and it did wonders for me while training at home. All the triceps gains without the shoulder discomfort. So if you’re still cooped up at home for workouts, give this a go.
This is better in your shoulders than the bench dip because your bodyweight is in the middle of your hands, like a tricep dip machine, as opposed to your body falling in front of your hands which makes your shoulders roll forward and be in an unstable position.
