Creme Chantilly - Used as a filling for loads of desserts, cakes and pastries or as a coating on cream gateaus, this is something any baker or chef should know how to do with their eyes closed. Once it starts to leave trails as you are whisking, be careful not to over do it or you might split it and there is no fixing it.
