Bosch new CX-R Race Motor is limited edition - it weight 2.75KG, which is 150g lighter than the existing motor. Its going to be available in limited quantities in the brands higher end models. The Race mode is where this motor really shines, it is a super powerful unit with some cool features.
Race Mode brings near instant full power from the motor, in an aggressive manner. really useful for exiting corners of getting up to the cut off limiter quicker than ever. The over run feature now is extended to 2 metres, which is really useful for clearing rocks and ruts where you might otherwise pedal strike.
