Special Yoga Exercises for Stretching your Legs
In this video, I will begin by doing some warmup exercises before we start the routine. Next, I will do a "bow" pose. This will strengthen your back. From there, I will do a "bird dog" pose. This will help with your balance and overall core strength. Following that, I will do an "extended leg squat" pose. This will stretch your legs and buttocks. Next, I will do a variation of a "happy baby" pose. The next exercise is important. I will do a variation of the "side plank" pose. I will lie on my side and with a scissor motion, I will extend my leg into a semi split. For the final exercise, I will do a "monkey" pose. Please go at your pace with this exercise. Always remember to do cool down exercises with breathing techniques after you finish your routine.
