Led by Jordan, this 30-minute session is for older adults who are looking for a fun and challenging workout.
Today’s session contains what we like to call “funky movements”. By this, we mean movements that are a little bit different from what you might usually find in a Fit For Good session. Not only does this make the workout fun and varied but also challenges the body by asking it to move in different ways. The exercises in question will help strengthen the upper and lower body, as well as elevate the heart rate to improve your cardiovascular fitness. They're presented in the format of a circuit, so you’ll be told when to stop and start each movement and will be given form and technique tips throughout. We know you’ll have fun trying out these funky movements and will feel like you’ve worked hard by the time it comes to the cool down.
