What’s my take on intermittent fasting?
Honestly, I love having a period of time in the day when I don’t have to think about food. Intermittent fasting can be beneficial, so long as you are getting the correct amount of calories throughout the day for your specific goals.
Intermittent fasting shouldn’t be an excuse to skip breakfast. It should simply be giving you an eating window in which you eat all your calories for the day.
Like I always say, it works if it works for you. Give it a try and make your own opinion!
