18v x 2 Electric Mini Bike runs for the first time! I got my #35 sprocket in the mail, put it on the bike, and test it in the driveway!

I got my #35 sprocket, installed it, and looped on the chain. I misplaced the clip for the master link, but it was good enough to at least go up and down the driveway. I still need to work on alignment, make a chain cover, and do a bunch of other things. Heck, it doesn't even have brakes yet!
Oh well, I just did this in a few minutes in between trying to get some other work done!

Somebody pointed out to me that there is actually now a commercially made adapter product which is essentially the same as this 3D printed part. They tend to be marketed for upgrading PowerWheels: [ Ссылка ]
A friend of mine 3D printed these for me a few years ago for a different project. At the time, I couldn't find the battery contacts to go with them, so they have just been laying around for a while.
These Ryobi drill batteries are 18V. Two of them in series is 36V, which is perfect for this motor and controller. I can still use the regular chargers for these batteries, and I can still use these batteries stock in any of my tools.
