We hear over rotation in the downswing so often being a bad thing, it causes over the top, pulls, that sorta bad stuff but does it really?? In this video we talk about how there isn't really such thing as over-rotation and we should look at other things to improve on instead of decreasing rotation in the downswing!!! =)
