Here’s a delicious and healthy soup my family has always made to help ease sore or dry throats during the winter.

Ever heard of pear soup? Unlike western soups, some Chinese soups are actually sweet and are eaten as a dessert. Instead of turning this into a soup, I decided to try steaming it instead and the result is super tasty and beautiful as a showstopper!

To make it you’ll need:

• Rock sugar or brown sugar
• Goji berries
