Back in 2002 Winter Olympics, Steven Bradbury from Australia qualified for the final round of a 1000 meter ice skating but was considered to be the slowest and had no chance to win a medal.
With 2 laps left you can see that he had no chance whatsoever, but one thing he had for sure is patience.
And in the last corner, a twisted ending happened. Jiajun from China tried to Overtake Apollo from the USA, crashed horribly, and Steven just flew through to win it.
Even the Australian commentators could not believe it!
