Today, we're diving into a intermediate core workout and intermediate upper body workout designed to challenge and strengthen your upper body and core simultaneously.
Day 1 focused on your lower body, but today it's all about building a strong upper body and sculpting those abs. Grab your dumbbells (I'm using 5kg, but choose a weight that suits your fitness level), and let's get started!
We'll split your workout into three blocks, finishing with a core-focused challenge that includes three ab movements. This workout doesn't repeat exercises, except for the final three ab movements, which you'll do twice. Remember to warm up properly before starting your routine. Here's what you'll be doing today:
