After a warm-up I try 20 hops in 10 seconds (10 up/10 down) on my KH 36er, with regular non-lite setup at 18 lbs. Since I have to hop down for every hop up, it’s twice as hard! If you only count the UPs then it's one per second, or 2 per second if you count the downs also. You can hear the metronome which is set at 60bpm.
